This was my first time getting the Saramage procedure. I was worried because it was my first time, but I could feel how meticulously the doctor was! Before the start, they showed me tips for the Zarmaji treatment, and I felt reassured about the opening, and I was able to receive the procedure in a generally comfortable atmosphere. The staff were friendly and provided excellent consultations. I plan to continue my skin care at Oracle from now on~!!

Although it's a bit far from my home, I'm satisfied because procedures like Ultherapy are priced, which makes me think the skills of the surgeon are important. I visit far away every time. I also took Botox, and I'm satisfied because I consider manual techniques important. The staff is meticulous. There are hospitals that have a waiting time even with a reservation, but the short wait was also good. I also like that the entire medical staff is a dermatologist, not a general practitioner or other specialist.

I was looking for a dermatology clinic because of my child's skin concerns, and it was a dermatology clinic based on a friend's recommendation. They were so kind that I was able to visit comfortably! The desk staff responded with a smile, and I am grateful that they meticulously took care of my appointments and guidance. I'm very satisfied because my child doesn't feel scared and goes well!!💗💗💗

It's a shame I felt like I was the only one who was unfriendly. The nurses at the front desk were truly the worst. When I tried to get out, I felt like I was in a bad mood, and I just got better. I'm cleaning my wound, but they told me to pay for it. I don't even have any customers, and I won't be going back afterwards.

I went to the reception desk at 2 PM as soon as lunchtime was over, and after hearing what was said at the desk, which took 20-30 minutes, I didn't go anywhere and waited, but I waited for almost an hour. The doctor who treated me was fine.

I've been going to a dermatology clinic where there are specialists, and it's right. They say they don't see dermatology clinics on weekends.

I went around 11:00 AM on a Saturday. It was my first time, so I didn't know I had to make an appointment. The reception staff held their breath and said the reception closes today, saying they can't see you if you don't make an appointment on the weekend. If that's the case, don't go to the hospital. They posted on the Internet that they were supposed to be at the reception until what time it was lol.

I asked if it was possible to make a reservation by phone, and they told me to come right away and register on the spot, so I visited within 5 minutes.. When I visited, they said the reception was closed. When I asked about such an uncomfortable system, the doctor seemed to be just one, so I justified the doctor. When the doctor asked if the system that says it's closed is right, they told me to come now, even if it's hot, and then they told me that it's normal to wait one or two hours for customers afterwards. Is it time for customers to waste their time? The receptionist's attitude was rude, even though they told me to come at the closing time... I'm beginning to wonder if these are people who communicate. Apart from apologizing, the working conditions among the desk staff are the worst. It seems that changing the staff will help the future of this hospital and other patients. It's amazing that there's such a system in 2dongtan.
