My gums were weak, so it was very painful every time I had my scaling done, but this place is so incredibly skilled that it doesn't hurt!!!! The doctor is thorough and doesn't recommend unnecessary treatments. I'm very satisfied. It's a great place for scaling.

This is a place I used to go to. Initially, the staff were friendly, but now they seem to be much more unfriendly than before. The doctor and dental hygienist seemed to have been continuously friendly for three years. However, the person at the front desk called from the early morning of the weekend and made an appointment during business hours a day earlier, but they didn't even mention it that day. They called me suddenly on the morning of the same day, saying they couldn't see the orthodontic treatment. I was shocked when they told me to cancel. It's my fault that I didn't make an appointment in advance.. The doctor seemed to cancel the appointment just before the appointment time on the same day, and instead spoke a bit like they were blaming me.. The doctor is skilled and kind, but I don't think I'll be going back because of the desk staff.
