I was very shocked because it was my first consultation, but I appreciated how kindly and well they spoke to me.

My parents wanted to have eye surgery before it was too late, so I made an appointment and visited several hospitals. Among them, this one seemed to capture the areas my patient wanted best, so I decided to come here right away. The coordinator was very kind and spoke well, so I decided to come here. Fortunately, the surgery went well ^^

Both the staff and the doctor explained things easily and meticulously, so I made a reservation on the same day.

I wanted my eyes to feel as natural as possible, so I visited Wilby Plastic Surgery after researching the clinic as much as possible. I received detailed consultations with the coordinator and the doctor about the surgery, and I ended up having the surgery. As a result, the lines were well drawn and I am satisfied, as I had hoped. If I had other surgeries, I plan to get them here.

I was satisfied with the consultation with Dr. Chun Hospital Yoon, so I left a reservation. The doctor explained the outline so well that I felt reassured. There was no significant push. I hope the surgery goes well. haha

From the doctor to the staff, everyone kindly explained and guided me, so I went for a pleasant consultation. I was even more satisfied than I expected^^

The hospital is definitely large lol. All the staff were friendly overall. The hospital was clean and there was no excessive treatment. Good, good, good.

I visited at 12:00 PM because I had an appointment scheduled for 2:00 PM, and they changed my appointment to 12:00 PM. After taking a picture, I had to wait about 40 minutes, and I only had a consultation with the doctor. After 15 minutes, they came in and told me it would take an hour longer during surgery, and they told me to wait for a coffee coupon. It was too late, but I waited until 2:50 PM, and when I asked how long to wait, they said I was still in surgery. The surgery date was a long time ago. I should have been caught, but why did they tell me to come in at 12 PM?. I'm just sorry. I made a reservation, so I don't understand why my eyes went so far, and I ended up leaving. The conclusion was that I arrived at 12 PM and left after 3 PM. As a reference, I've also had eye reconstruction surgery here last year, and I know the system for returning. I know it's busy, but I think other people need to know about this kind of customer care. I'm leaving this review.

I went for a consultation, and it felt more like a factory-like hospital than a professional one.The coordinator who consulted with me didn't push me, only said exactly what I needed, and it wasn't burdensome.The doctor provided a very confident consultation.The doctor was not very thorough, but overall, it felt good. The surgical cost was much more expensive than elsewhere, so I couldn't make a reservation.

I liked seeing the reviews and went for a consultation. The doctor discussed my facial issues and how to correct them with nose surgery, and also consulted with me about designing my nose. I made an appointment right away and after the surgery, there's still swelling, so I have a slight sense of humor, but overall, I'm satisfied. I think it's good to have a beautiful nose that swells quickly.

I chose this place because I thought re-operating my nose would be my last decision... I can't believe they are doing so well (laughs) Now, in the nose surgery I've received, it's truly the prettiest, and it's strange that the swelling doesn't last for long. I came here after watching YouTube!! I came here because they told me to do double eyelid surgery and rejuvenation. Haha. There's a reason why you're so confident with the doctor. They are truly skilled. Haha. My face is completely my second life. My eyes were exactly what I wanted, and they were beautiful and elegant!
