Pre-booking via KakaoTalk was very convenient, and they answered all my questions quickly. Whenever I had any questions, the staff contacted Dr. Kim and provided accurate answers quickly. Dr. Kim is truly excellent. Professionalism, rich experience, and expertise are felt throughout the entire process. Even I, who speak Korean fluently, could better understand medical terms in English, and the doctor explained things naturally in English. Not only were all the staff friendly and professional, but they also helped the entire hospital operate smoothly. It felt like someone carefully managed the entire process so there was no delay or discomfort. During this visit, I received Ultherapy, jaw fillers, and Juvelook treatments (which involves the use of two vocal cords throughout my face), and all the procedures were performed quickly. I was particularly satisfied with the effectiveness of the Ultherapy procedure. Dr. Kim used two Ultherapy machines, so the procedure time was much shorter than elsewhere. I want to get regular skin care at VOS dermatology clinic in Korea, but unfortunately, I have to return to New York. Nevertheless, visiting the VOS clinic is a satisfactory experience every time, and it raises my expectations for skin care received elsewhere. Everyone who reads my reviews deserves better service, so ask for better service. I sincerely thank Dr. Kim and the excellent medical staff for their dedication and outstanding service.

I moved to Abgujeong Lodehore, but there's no doctor as thorough and meticulous as Dr. Choe Young-hyun, so I keep coming here. I also received a Botox procedure for my forehead and chin from the newly arrived doctor yesterday. They were very thorough and administered it painlessly. The hospital has become much wider and more pleasant. Both doctors are professionals, so this is a dermatology clinic you can trust. (It's rare for a specialist dermatology clinic in Gangnam) I'll be going back for Zumaji soon.
