I had a procedure at another hospital, but it didn't work well, so I had a lot of concerns. People around me told me to go to another hospital, so I went. However, the head doctor didn't look at the patient's face, but looked at the child's side-eye shape, which made me feel very at ease. They were also very rude. I took the time to visit, but I think the head doctor needs to learn basic manners about the patient.
