I came here today for Olegjo Tightening and sculpture injections! The doctor and all the staff were very thorough and kind, so I was able to receive treatment comfortably. I visited to get my facial scars and moles removed, which I had been worried about. I had a consultation with Dr. Lee, and he explained my usual questions thoroughly and was always kind, which I really appreciated. He also performed the procedure very meticulously, so I recommended Magumagu to others!! The staff were all very kind, so I felt good throughout the treatment. I plan to visit again.

The doctor suggested removing a drowsy ingredient during the medication, and they did. Afterwards, I went to the pharmacy to check it out, and they called and explained the situation. However, I don't understand the doctor's attitude towards me. During the consultation, I asked many questions about Hanpo Disease, and they responded with a slightly irritating, mixed tone, which made me feel uncomfortable.

I visited after making a phone reservation on the day before Zamage, and I was able to receive it right away without much waiting! They also showed me how to open a tip before the procedure, and afterwards, I received good calming care~

The doctor prescribed medication without saying anything, so I found out about it when I received the medication. They were very unfriendly.

There's no other reason. I visited this dermatology clinic because it's the closest, but the staff at the front desk were unfriendly. When I asked questions, they spoke in a slightly irritating tone, even though they spoke to each other, and they didn't greet me well. Also, the doctor was very rude during the consultation. When I entered, they only told me to take my symptoms and prescribe medication for a few days, but they didn't inform me of anything I needed to warn about. They told me to go quickly, but if I had to, they would tell me. However, they spoke in a discomforting and irritating tone. The equipment doesn't seem very good, but I don't think I'll be going back here.

My skin has noticeably improved after the laser treatment. Thanks to the detailed consultation and kind explanation, I felt reassured and received treatment.

The coordinator of the consultation room is one person, but they are very unfriendly and rude. I don't think I came here for treatment or for Hongjeong. I went for a consultation because I thought I would be treated for a long time after seeing the doctor who consulted with me sincerely. However, I didn't have the courage to see the coordinator of the consultation room. It's not a small fee, and it's not even a one-time appointment. Who relies on the way they push people without even giving them time to think? Who decides on treatment? This was the worst experience among many consultations I've had.

I went because my child had a wart on their hand. I used to go to a hospital, but I went to a neighborhood hospital.. Like other reviews, there was no explanation as soon as I sat down, and they didn't look at the guardian, so they didn't see what was going on. They told me to choose one of the two options, and then try to figure it out. I tried to ask more questions, but the doctor replied, "You can't explain why I'm drowsy? "They say. I visited another hospital because there was no sense of urgency. They say that only one treatment is appropriate for the child, not just one treatment..I also didn't receive sufficient guidance on how to use the prescribed medication, and I was worried because my child's skin was irritated during the use. Overall, I felt there was a lack of explanation and communication, and I don't think I would visit again if I were in the same situation.

The male doctor always has no waiting time, so if you don't mention a doctor, you'll receive treatment from that doctor. They are so unfriendly and rude every time you see them. Even though it's unpleasant, I've never left such a review, but they are genuinely rude. They don't disinfect unhygienically during procedures, so you have to ask me to clean up a bit lol.
