Although it's Saturday, there's a bit of a wait, but the staff were kind and guided me well, and the doctor seems to provide excellent care!!!
Although there were many patients on Wednesday afternoons, there seems to be a waiting time regardless of which hospital I go to (it's less than 30 minutes away) after listening to the doctor's explanation and receiving a Zeroid prescription, I'm using it well. The doctor and staff were kind and nice.
It was a Saturday, so the waiting time wasn't long, which was great~ I went because of my child's allergies, and the doctor kindly explained everything well!! All the staff were friendly and nice.
The doctor was very quick with the examination. When I first asked, they explained that I would give medication without explanation. When I asked why, they explained that it was over.

I went to many clinics for six months due to my child's skin condition, which I didn't know if it was moxibustion, atopy, or cystitis. However, I found out about Charna Lake Spring, where they only applied ointments without accurate diagnosis or treatment, and there was no progress, so I received treatment. First, they gave me time to wait, allowing me to receive treatment even though I was nearby. While waiting, the child was afraid of treatment, and one of the desk staff explained things tailored to the child's eyesight and explained things, which made the child feel a bit calmer during the treatment! During the consultation, the doctor examined my child's skin and provided detailed explanations. They also explained in detail the areas where my lifestyle habits needed improvement. They also advised me to revisit after considering what I could do first, not unconditionally recommending procedures. The doctor explained everything so kindly that I was very satisfied with the treatment!!!

This is a hospital where a dermatology specialist provides treatment, as seen in the photo. I went late on Saturday morning, and the wait wasn't long. However, the waiting time can vary depending on the time of day/week, so please note. The doctor in consultation room 2 kindly explained and provided treatment, so I left satisfied with the treatment. (I'm not sure about the nurses ^^) I think I'll come back here again if I need to go to a dermatology clinic next time. Ah.. Parking here is a bit bad, but the parking space is narrow and the structure has half a floor, so you can't get out if you're confused in front of it haha Parking is recommended using the surrounding public parking lot!
