I've been receiving acne extraction since last year. I'm so worried that the person who does the extraction has a lot of acne to extract that I'm worried. However, they are thorough and try to prevent pain as much as possible, so I'm receiving it well. The doctor is also kind and great.

Is the phone service and the staff at the reception really unfriendly? The convenience store wasn't particularly unfriendly, but they were genuinely serious. When I asked questions, they didn't properly inform me about the product or what they were using. They tried to hide it, but they said, 'Why are you trying to hide it?' lol. When they hung up, they just hung up. It's really serious. You should expect to be treated unkindly by those who visit. Please keep an eye out^^

The doctor was very kind..On weekends, it's basically 2 hours and 30 minutes. Please avoid going on weekends.

The waiting time is usually over 50 minutes (the staff say they are so busy that they usually wait 1-2 hours). Please refer to those who visit.), The doctor provides treatment for about 30 seconds. I don't understand why they charge for medical expenses, even though they are very thorough and quick. I'm not sure if they only treat those who come for cosmetic purposes well. Even though other dermatology clinics are so busy, they don't treat patients this way. This is my first time visiting a place like this. I wouldn't have wasted this kind of time or money if I asked on the phone, but I don't think I'll visit again.

There aren't many dermatology specialists nearby compared to this place. I visited because of a skin condition. They weren't friendly, but they weren't that unfriendly or rude.

I went to the hospital for a cyst caused by my eyelids, and the doctor was incredibly kind and the treatment was perfect. I've been wearing this for several weeks, so I'll be back soon.
