I am a regular visitor for orthodontic treatment since 2024. I requested orthodontic treatment within the same day of my appointment because my teeth were irregular after a recent resin treatment. Even before closing time, I needed to revisit due to the doctor's absence. When I asked why I visited afterwards, I was asked if I could check my appointment next time because I'm a regular visitor. I received the answer. I felt uncomfortable considering that they disregarded the patient's position, considering it was a disregard for the patient's perspective of having to live with a strange tooth in the meantime. Furthermore, there was insufficient prior explanation of the cost and process regarding the treatment, and I had to personally verify the amount I paid several times. I hope the treatment process, the cost guidance, and consideration for the patient's time are taken care of, leaving the large and small costs behind.
